As a Sales Support team member at King of Prussia, you will embody the Tiffany brand during the holiday season, ensuring every client interaction is memorable. You will act as a brand ambassador, enhancing the client experience with exceptional service and hospitality.

• Warmly welcome and assist clients, ensuring a memorable experience.
• Enhance client experiences with personalized service and hospitality.
• Assist with engraving stations and manage floor waiting lists as needed.
• Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
• Communicate potential service issues to management.
• Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing supplies.
• Perform all POS functions and assist with store operations.

• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
