 - Assist with the engraving station and manage the floor waiting list as needed.
 - Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
 - Communicate potential service issues with management.
 - Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing supplies, and perform POS functions.
 - Assist the operations team with policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing.
 - Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.
 
Requirements- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
 - Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
 - Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
 - Capability to work with a diverse client base.
 - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
 - Authorization to work in the United States.
