Join a new store opening team as Sales Support, Cashier, or Stock where you will help create an excellent customer experience, assist with merchandising and inventory, and support store launch activities. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with fitting room flow and returns to the sales floor
- Operate as a cashier providing efficient checkout service
- Receive, unload, unpack and deliver merchandise to selling departments
- Maintain organized stockrooms and complete inventory processes
- Re-merchandise and straighten the sales floor to ensure presentation standards
- Fulfill and prepare customer orders following packing and shipping standards
- Use inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
- Provide general store support such as event setup, markdowns, and fixture relocation
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for working in a new store opening and retail environment
- Accountability, initiative and strong ownership of tasks
- Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Ability to remain calm in busy retail settings
- Basic technology skills and ability to use new computer applications
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds for stock roles
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
