Sales Support - Ottawa Rideau

As a Sales Support team member at Ottawa Rideau, you will embody the Tiffany brand during the holiday season, ensuring each client interaction is memorable and reflective of our luxury standards. You will play a key role in enhancing the client experience through exceptional service and hospitality.

• Act as a brand ambassador, warmly welcoming clients and ensuring a memorable experience.
• Enhance client experiences with personalized service and hospitality.
• Assist with engraving and manage the floor waiting list as needed.
• Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
• Communicate potential service issues to management.
• Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing supplies.
• Perform all POS functions and assist with store operations and inventory.

• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related roles.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorization to work in Canada.
