Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Support team member in Salt Lake City, you will embody the Tiffany brand during the holiday season, providing exceptional client interactions and memorable experiences. You will be a positive brand ambassador, enhancing the client experience with hospitality and personalized service.

Responsibilities
  • Act as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and assisted.
  • Enhance the client experience with hospitality and store amenities.
  • Assist with engraving station and manage floor waiting list as needed.
  • Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
  • Communicate potential service issues with management.
  • Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing supplies.
  • Perform all POS functions after a client's purchase decision is finalized.
  • Assist operations team with policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing.
  • Participate in inventory and special projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related experience required.
  • Strong communication and client service skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Capability to work with a diverse client base in a fast-paced environment.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
