Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Support team member at Tiffany & Co. in Scottsdale, you will embody the Tiffany brand during the holiday season, providing exceptional client interactions and memorable experiences. Your role as a brand ambassador will be crucial in conveying the luxury and elegance associated with Tiffany & Co.

Responsibilities
  • Warmly welcome and assist clients, ensuring a memorable experience aligned with the Tiffany brand.
  • Enhance client experiences with hospitality and store amenities to positively impact sales and service.
  • Assist with engraving stations and manage floor waiting lists as needed.
  • Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
  • Communicate potential service issues with management.
  • Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing POS supplies, and perform all POS functions post-purchase.
  • Assist the operations team with policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
  • Participate in inventory management and special projects as required.
Requirements
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, client service skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Capability to engage with a diverse client base.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
