Sales Support - Southpark Mall

Summary

As a Sales Support you will facilitate a successful customer journey by supporting store sales operations, visual standards, and point-of-sale activities. You will handle merchandise receiving and processing to ensure floor-ready presentation and assist the sales team with tasks as directed by management. This role is for the new store opening at SouthPark Mall in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Support store sales through accurate and efficient execution of stock, visual, and point of sale activities
• Provide an engaging and welcoming environment for all customers
• Assist with merchandise handling including shipment receiving and processing to floor ready standards and maintenance of customer goods
• Carry out additional duties that support the sales team as directed by management
