Summary

As a Sales Support you play a key role in the customer journey, supporting store sales through stock, visual, and point-of-sale activities. You create an engaging, welcoming environment and assist the sales team with merchandise handling and other duties as directed.

Responsibilities

• Support store sales through accurate and efficient execution of stock, visual, and POS activities
• Provide an engaging and welcoming environment for customers and assist on the sales floor
• Receive and process shipments; prepare merchandise to floor-ready standards and maintain customer goods
• Carry out additional duties to support the sales team as directed by management
• Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
