Sales Support

Summary

Provide operational support to the Sales team by receiving and organizing stock, maintaining the sales floor readiness, and assisting sales advisors during peak periods to ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and organize incoming stock
• Ensure continuous shop floor stock replenishment
• Work with manager to place new arrivals on the sales floor
• Maintain a neat tidy and organized stock area
• Provide feedback to manager about stock concerns
• Collect customer alterations webstore and custom made items
• Assist sales advisors during peak hours to support the sales process
• Communicate effectively with the Sales team

Requirements

• Previous retail or stock handling experience preferred
• Ability to organize and maintain stock areas efficiently
• Good communication skills to coordinate with sales team
• Capability to assist on the shop floor during busy periods
• Attention to detail when handling customer items and inventory
