Sales Support

Summary

The Sales Support will assist the Sales team by managing stock, receiving deliveries, organizing the stockroom and supporting sales advisors during peak hours to ensure the store is prepared and running smoothly. The role focuses on maintaining shop floor replenishment and coordinating placement of new arrivals with management.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming deliveries
• Organize and maintain a neat and tidy stock area
• Ensure continuous shop floor stock replenishment
• Partner with manager to place new arrivals on the sales floor
• Provide feedback to manager on stock concerns
• Collect customer alterations, webstore and custom made items
• Assist sales advisors during peak hours to support the sales process
