Summary

Provide operational and customer-facing support to ensure a seamless store experience. Facilitate strong customer relationships through welcoming service and assist the sales team with stock, visual, and point of sale tasks. Support merchandise handling and maintain floor ready standards while contributing to team goals.

Responsibilities

• Support store sales through accurate execution of stock and visual activities
• Perform point of sale duties to assist customer transactions
• Receive and process shipments and prepare merchandise to floor ready standards
• Maintain customer goods and merchandise organization
• Create an engaging and welcoming environment for customers
• Carry out additional duties to support the sales team as directed by management
• Work flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
