Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Support team member at Tiffany & Co. in Orlando, you will embody the Tiffany brand during the holiday season, providing exceptional client interactions and memorable experiences. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and assisted, contributing to the legendary beauty and joy that Tiffany represents.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients have a memorable experience.
  • Enhance client experiences with hospitality and store amenities.
  • Assist with engraving stations and manage floor waiting lists as needed.
  • Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
  • Communicate potential service issues with management.
  • Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing supplies.
  • Perform all POS functions after a client's purchase decision.
  • Assist operations team with policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing.
  • Participate in inventory management and special projects.
Requirements
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields.
  • Strong communication and client service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
