Sales and Stock Support - Holt Renfrew

The Sales and Stock Support role at Chanel's Vancouver Boutique in Holt Renfrew involves supporting the sales team with administrative and back-of-house duties while maintaining Chanel's standards of customer service, presentation, and teamwork. This position also offers the opportunity to assist with boutique openings.

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships in-person and on the phone.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to colleagues and clients.
• Assist on the shop floor as needed, applying Chanel standards of customer service.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and Chanel Head Office.
• Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping parcels.
• Document messages accurately and deliver to Fashion Advisors promptly.
• Assist in inventory management, including shipments, transfers, and cycle counts.
• Execute after-sales tasks and ensure inventory integrity.
• Ensure back-office areas are clean and tidy, and stations are prepared and stocked.

• 1-3 years of experience in retail operations and/or stock experience.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving.
• Customer service oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working with different departments and teams.
• Fluent in English; a second language is a plus.
