Summary
Provide administrative and back of house support to the Flagship boutique team, maintaining high customer service and presentation standards while assisting with inventory, shipments, and boutique operations.
Responsibilities
- Support administrative duties and respond to internal and external client queries promptly
- Assist on the shop floor with welcoming clients and presenting collections as needed
- Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping and parcel handling
- Manage inventory tasks including shipments, transfers and cycle counts
- Execute after sales tasks and ensure inventory integrity
- Maintain clean and organized back office and boutique supply stations
- Document and deliver messages to Fashion Advisors in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, boutique management and Head Office
Requirements
- 1-3 years of retail operations or stock experience
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
- Strong customer service orientation
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with different departments and teams
- Fluent English; additional language is a plus
