Job Description

Summary

Provide administrative and back of house support to the Flagship boutique team, maintaining high customer service and presentation standards while assisting with inventory, shipments, and boutique operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support administrative duties and respond to internal and external client queries promptly
  • Assist on the shop floor with welcoming clients and presenting collections as needed
  • Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping and parcel handling
  • Manage inventory tasks including shipments, transfers and cycle counts
  • Execute after sales tasks and ensure inventory integrity
  • Maintain clean and organized back office and boutique supply stations
  • Document and deliver messages to Fashion Advisors in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, boutique management and Head Office

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of retail operations or stock experience
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with different departments and teams
  • Fluent English; additional language is a plus
