SalesStock Support - Melrose Avenue

As a Sales/Stock Support Associate at our Melrose Avenue location, you will engage with clients and provide excellent customer service while managing stockroom operations. You will ensure merchandise is prepared for the selling floor and maintain the organization and cleanliness of the stockroom.

• Engage with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Receive, unpack, and prepare merchandise for the selling floor.
• Maintain organization, maintenance, and cleanliness of the stockroom.
• Facilitate directives from the store manager and corporate office.
• Supervise inventory and all components effectively and efficiently.

• Prior experience in a retail/boutique store handling high-end goods is a plus.
• Highly motivated and professional demeanor.
• Ability to represent the James Perse brand lifestyle.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to greet and engage clients.
• Basic product and brand knowledge.
