• Execute premium tailoring and alteration services, ensuring garments meet CHANEL's global standards.
• Learn each collection to recommend alteration methods and stay updated on guidelines.
• Conduct fittings with precision and provide expert guidance to clients.
• Perform thorough quality checks on finished alterations.
• Build strong relationships with clients and offer expert advice on garment care.
• Maintain a clean and organized Tailor Shop and assist in stock quality control.
• Ensure timely and accurate record-keeping for all tailoring activities.

• 3-5 years of professional tailoring experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
• Passion for creating exceptional client experiences and providing expert advice.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
• Thorough knowledge of fabrics and garment construction.
