Responsibilities
- Execute premium tailoring and alteration services to meet brand global standards and deadlines.

- Perform thorough quality checks on finished alterations ensuring cleanliness and precision.
- Share collection alteration information with boutique staff to maintain consistency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully equipped tailor shop and report needs for tools and supplies.
- Assist in stock quality control, repairing or adjusting items as necessary.
- Ensure timely and accurate record keeping for tailoring activities using after sales platforms and tools.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional tailoring experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics and garment construction.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in stitching and finishing.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends and flexible scheduling.
