Seasonal Store Support team member providing excellent customer service at the point of sale, assisting with sales, returns and other transactions, supporting order fulfillment and keeping the department presentable and stocked.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales and returns
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build customer relationships
- Maintain the sales floor and cash wrap area by straightening up and light cleaning
- Restock merchandise and support order pick up and fulfillment
- Communicate upcoming events and rewards programs to customers
- Stay informed on fashion trends and product knowledge
- Work flexible schedule to meet business needs
- Perform physical tasks including bending, reaching and lifting merchandise
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Strong organization and follow through
- Problem solving skills and willingness to learn computer applications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Capacity for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift
- Ability to frequently lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
