Seasonal Administrative Assistant supporting a top salesperson in a busy department store. Provide customer service, assist with the selling process and maintain department presentation while supporting team goals and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Support salesperson in all aspects of the selling process
• Set up customer fitting rooms with selected merchandise
• Perform daily department maintenance tasks such as stock work and remerchandising
• Execute display updates and price markdowns
• Handle merchandise transfers and light cleaning
• Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers
• Strong organizational skills and attention to follow through
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to proactively handle customer concerns
• Capable of continuous movement for 6 to 8 hours per shift
• Frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulation
• Ability to lift items regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
