Summary

The Seasonal Administrative Support Associate supports the General Manager, store administrative functions, and people initiatives. This customer- and colleague-facing role helps deliver a positive store experience through responsive service, organization, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers visiting the executive or store manager office and respond promptly to customer concerns.
• Provide floor support as needed and assist with cash office functions.
• Support the General Manager and other administrative colleagues.
• Assist with applicant sourcing, candidate correspondence, recruiting coordination, onboarding, and document retention.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent encouraged.
• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Effective communication, planning, and workflow management skills.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to meet the role's physical requirements, including frequent computer use and lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
