Seasonal Administrative Support Associate - Roosevelt Field

Summary

The Seasonal Administrative Support Associate supports the General Manager, customer experience, store administrative functions, and people strategy. This customer- and colleague-facing role provides responsive service and helps coordinate store hiring and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager and customer experience, including assisting visitors to the Executive Office and addressing customer concerns.
• Provide floor support as needed and assist with cash office functions and other administrative tasks.
• Assist with sourcing applicants and manage candidate correspondence, hiring coordination, and onboarding.
• Maintain hiring documents through the Imaging Documenting System.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent encouraged.
• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Effective communication, planning, and workflow management skills.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, climbing ladders, and frequently lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
