Seasonal Store Support team member providing customer service at point of sale and over the phone, assisting with sales, returns and transactions, maintaining department presentation, and supporting order fulfillment and pick-up. The role requires physical stamina, strong communication, organization, and basic computer proficiency to support fast paced retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout and over the phone with sales, returns and transactions
• Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with customers
• Maintain department presentation by straightening up, light cleaning and restocking
• Support other store areas including order fulfillment and order pick-up
• Stay informed on fashion trends and product knowledge to assist customers
• Prioritize multiple tasks and requests in a fast paced environment
• Perform physical tasks including bending, lifting and reaching to handle merchandise

Requirements

• Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Capacity for continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift and frequent physical activity
