Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, styling guidance, and fitting room assistance.
• Meet individual sales objectives and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards, support replenishment and floor sets, and complete opening and closing tasks.
• Share product feedback and uphold company policies, visual standards, and an inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and occasional overnight shifts.
