Summary
Provide personalized beauty experiences selling women's and men's fragrances and luxury beauty products in a high‑traffic department. This role includes makeup application, skincare consultations, appointment booking, and driving in‑store and digital sales during seasonal and regular periods including availability 11/23-12/24.
Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals
- Engage customers to understand needs and build customer loyalty and following in-store and digitally
- Set and achieve sales goals and use selling tools including text and social media
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
- Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
- Keep up with beauty trends and product knowledge through training
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer connection skills and ability to handle customer concerns
- Empathy and respect for all customers during services
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through abilities
- Drive to achieve sales goals and willingness to use networking and technology
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends and availability for seasonal dates 11/23-12/24
- Ability to perform continuous movement for 6-8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds
