Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using texting and social media
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following
- Provide excellent service and confident styling and fit advice
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise displays, and perform price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
- Be flexible to occasionally work in other departments as needed
- Use networking and technology to meet sales targets
- Work a variable schedule based on business needs
