Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital channels including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following
• Provide excellent service and confident feedback on style and fit
• Assist with department tasks including filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Work collaboratively with team to keep department customer ready
• Be flexible to perform duties in other departments as business needs require
• Maintain physical stamina for continuous movement and handling merchandise
