Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Cultivate and grow a customer following through relationship building
• Provide styling guidance and product fit recommendations
• Use texting and social media tools to engage and sell to customers
• Open new rewards accounts to grow customer loyalty
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and re-merchandise displays
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Work flexible schedules based on business needs
