Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling guidance and honest feedback on fit and style
• Use text and social media to engage and grow a customer following
• Open new customer rewards program accounts
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform remerchandising
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
