Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and style
- Use networking and technology to grow customer following and sales
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
- Stock merchandise, fill orders, remerchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Keep department customer ready with light cleaning and organization
- Work a flexible schedule and occasionally perform duties in other departments
- Use selling tools including text and social media to engage customers
