Seasonal and regular retail stock role responsible for receiving, processing and delivering merchandise to sales areas, fulfilling customer orders, and maintaining organized stockrooms and selling floors. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work early shifts and a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight and unpack merchandise
• Deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
• Fulfill and prepare customer orders following packing and shipping standards
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
• Research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Support store activities such as special events setup and markdowns
• Relocate store fixtures as needed
• Work early shifts that may start as early as 3:30AM

Requirements

• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using various technology and computer applications
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Ability to meet performance standards and quality expectations
