Support loss prevention safety and security initiatives to safeguard store property merchandise equipment money and employees. Greet and screen visitors coordinate deliveries monitor alarms operate metal detectors and handle safety incidents with professionalism and urgency.
Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with building personnel and guests in a professional manner
- Serve as liaison between guests and warehouse staff including screening and confirming appointments
- Log incoming and outgoing truck and delivery information and communicate with receiving
- Monitor building and fire alarms and ensure proper response or dispatching
- Answer and transfer incoming building calls to appropriate extensions
- Operate electronic walk through and hand held metal detectors as needed
- Respond to incidents related to loss prevention safety and security with a sense of urgency
Requirements
