• Greet and interact with building personnel and guests in a professional manner
• Screen visitors confirm appointments and serve as liaison between guests and warehouse staff
• Log inbound and outbound truck information and coordinate with receiving department
• Monitor building and fire alarms and ensure proper response or dispatch
• Answer and transfer incoming calls to appropriate extensions
• Operate electronic walk-through and hand-held metal detectors as needed
• Respond with urgency to incidents related to loss prevention safety and security
