Seasonal Asset Protection Coordinator - Broadway Plaza

Summary

Seasonal role supporting loss prevention, safety and security initiatives to protect company assets including property, merchandise, equipment and employees. The coordinator greets and interacts with building personnel and guests, monitors alarms, logs deliveries and operates screening equipment while responding to incidents with urgency and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with building personnel and guests with a professional demeanor
• Serve as liaison between guests and warehouse staff, screening and confirming appointments
• Log trucks entering and leaving the building and validate inbound delivery information
• Communicate delivery assignments to receiving department and stage as instructed
• Monitor building and fire alarms and ensure proper response and dispatch when needed
• Answer and transfer incoming calls to appropriate extensions
• Operate electronic walk-through and hand-held metal detectors as required
• Respond to safety and security incidents with a sense of urgency
