Summary
Seasonal role supporting loss prevention safety and security initiatives to safeguard company assets including property, merchandise, equipment and employees. The coordinator greets and screens visitors, monitors alarms and access, logs deliveries, answers building calls and operates metal detectors while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with building personnel and guests in a professional manner
- Screen and confirm appointments and serve as liaison between guests and warehouse staff
- Log trucks entering or leaving the building and validate inbound delivery information
- Communicate with the receiving department and assign doors for deliveries as instructed
- Monitor building and fire alarms and ensure proper response or dispatching
- Answer and transfer incoming building calls to appropriate extensions
- Operate electronic walk-through and hand-held metal detectors as needed
- Respond with urgency to incidents related to loss prevention safety and security
Requirements
