The role greets and screens building personnel and guests, logs deliveries, monitors alarms and operates metal detectors while responding to incidents with urgency and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with building personnel and guests in a professional manner
• Serve as liaison between guests and warehouse staff, screening and confirming appointments
• Log truck and delivery information and coordinate with receiving department
• Monitor building and fire alarms and ensure proper response or dispatch
• Answer and transfer incoming calls to appropriate extensions
• Operate electronic walk-through and hand-held metal detectors as needed
• Respond promptly and calmly to incidents related to loss prevention and safety
