Seasonal Asset Protection Coordinator responsible for supporting loss prevention, safety and security initiatives to safeguard property, merchandise, equipment and employees. The role greets and screens visitors, logs deliveries, monitors alarms and operates security screening equipment while responding promptly to incidents.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with building personnel and guests in a professional manner
• Serve as liaison between guests and warehouse staff, screening and confirming appointments
• Log inbound and outbound truck information and coordinate with receiving
• Monitor building and fire alarms and ensure proper response or dispatch
• Answer and transfer incoming calls to appropriate extensions
• Operate electronic walk-through and hand-held metal detectors as needed
• Respond with urgency to incidents related to loss prevention safety and security
