Greet and screen building visitors monitor alarms manage inbound deliveries and operate metal detectors while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Work a flexible schedule and respond with urgency to incidents while serving as a liaison between guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with building personnel and guests in a professional manner
• Serve as liaison between arriving guests and warehouse staff and confirm appointments
• Log trucks entering and leaving the building and validate delivery information
• Communicate with receiving department and assign staging or doors as instructed
• Monitor building and fire alarms and ensure appropriate response or dispatch
• Answer and transfer incoming calls to appropriate extensions
• Operate electronic walk through and hand held metal detectors as needed
• Respond with urgency to incidents related to loss prevention safety and security
• Maintain confidentiality and accountability when handling sensitive situations
