Summary

Support loss prevention, safety and security initiatives to safeguard company assets including property, merchandise, equipment and employees. Serve as a point of contact for building personnel and visitors while responding to incidents with professionalism and urgency. Perform screening, monitoring and communication tasks to maintain a secure facility.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with building personnel and guests in a professional manner
• Screen and confirm appointments and serve as liaison between guests and warehouse staff
• Log inbound and outbound truck information and coordinate with receiving
• Monitor building and fire alarms and ensure proper response or dispatch
• Answer and transfer incoming calls to appropriate extensions
• Operate electronic walk-through and hand-held metal detectors as needed
• Respond to incidents related to loss prevention, safety and security with urgency
