Seasonal Asset Protection Coordinator - St John's Town Center

Summary

Responsible for supporting loss prevention safety and security initiatives to safeguard property merchandise equipment money and employees at the store location. Acts as a point of contact for building personnel guests and warehouse staff while responding to incidents with urgency and professionalism. Monitors alarms and access points and operates security screening equipment as needed. This is a seasonal role requiring flexibility to work varied schedules based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with building personnel and guests in a professional manner
• Respond promptly to incidents related to loss prevention safety and security
• Serve as a liaison between guests and warehouse staff including screening and confirming appointments
• Log and validate information for trucks entering or leaving the building
• Communicate with receiving department and assign doors as instructed
• Monitor building and fire alarms and ensure proper response or dispatch
• Answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate extensions
• Operate electronic walk through and hand held metal detectors when needed
