Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with building personnel and guests in a professional manner
• Screen visitors confirm appointments and serve as liaison to warehouse staff
• Log trucks entering and leaving the building and validate delivery information
• Communicate with receiving to stage or assign doors as instructed
• Monitor building and fire alarms and ensure proper response or dispatch
• Answer and transfer incoming calls to appropriate extensions
• Operate walk through and hand held metal detectors as needed
• Respond to loss prevention safety and security incidents with urgency
• Maintain confidentiality and ownership over security processes
