Summary

Support loss prevention safety and security initiatives to protect company property merchandise employees and other assets. Greet and screen visitors coordinate with warehouse and receiving teams monitor alarms and operate security screening equipment while responding to incidents with professionalism and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with building personnel and guests in a professional manner
• Serve as liaison between arriving guests and warehouse staff including screening and confirming appointments
• Log truck and delivery information and communicate with receiving department
• Monitor building and fire alarms and ensure proper response or dispatch
• Answer and transfer incoming calls to appropriate extensions
• Operate electronic walk through and hand held metal detectors when needed
• Respond to incidents related to loss prevention safety and security with appropriate urgency
