Summary
Responsible for supporting loss prevention safety and security initiatives to safeguard company assets including property fixtures equipment merchandise supplies money and employees. Acts as a liaison for guests and warehouse staff greets visitors monitors alarms and responds to incidents with urgency while maintaining professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with building personnel and visitors in a professional manner
- Respond with urgency to incidents related to loss prevention safety and security
- Serve as liaison between arriving guests and warehouse staff including screening and confirming appointments
- Log information on trucks entering or leaving the building and validate inbound delivery details
- Coordinate with receiving department and assign doors for deliveries as instructed
- Monitor building and fire alarms to ensure proper response or dispatch
- Answer and transfer incoming calls to appropriate extensions
- Operate electronic walk through metal detectors and hand held metal detectors as needed
