Seasonal Asset Protection Coordinator - Valley Fair

Summary

Seasonal role supporting loss prevention, safety and security initiatives to protect company assets including property, merchandise and employees. The coordinator greets visitors, screens appointments, monitors access and alarms, logs deliveries and responds to incidents with professionalism and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with building personnel and guests in a professional manner
• Screen and confirm appointments and serve as liaison to warehouse staff
• Log incoming and outgoing trucks and validate delivery information
• Stage or assign doors for inbound deliveries as instructed
• Monitor building and fire alarms and ensure proper response or dispatch
• Answer and transfer incoming calls to appropriate extensions
• Operate electronic walk-through and hand-held metal detectors as needed
