Seasonal Asset Protection Coordinator - Washington Square

Summary

Seasonal Asset Protection Coordinator responsible for supporting loss prevention, safety and security initiatives to safeguard company assets, property, equipment, merchandise and employees. The role greets and screens visitors, monitors alarms, operates metal detectors and coordinates with warehouse and receiving personnel. This position requires flexibility to work varied schedules based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with building personnel and visitors in a professional manner
• Serve as liaison between arriving guests and warehouse staff, screening and confirming appointments
• Log and validate information for trucks entering or leaving the building and communicate with receiving
• Monitor building and fire alarms to ensure proper response and dispatching
• Answer and transfer incoming calls to appropriate extensions
• Operate electronic walk-through and hand-held metal detectors as needed
• Respond with urgency to incidents related to loss prevention safety and security
• Maintain confidentiality and ownership of security procedures and records
