Seasonal Associate

Summary

Seasonal Associate roles support store operations during the holiday season in positions such as concierge, giftwrapping, cashier, greeter and fitting room associate. Associates provide exceptional face to face customer service, assist customers across store touchpoints and help maintain an inviting retail environment. This is a seasonal role with variable hours through late December and on the store floor delivering branded service standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Perform concierge and reception duties including managing inquiries and processing gift cards
• Provide giftwrapping services following store standards
• Operate point of sale technology to ring up purchases and process payments
• Work as a greeter to answer questions and direct customers
• Maintain fitting room cleanliness and assist with locating sizes
• Collaborate with store team to deliver extraordinary shopping experiences
• Stand and move about the store while performing assigned duties

Requirements

• Passion for the brand and strong face to face customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to stand for periods of time
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends
• Ability to operate store POS technology (training provided)
• Available through the holiday season until late December
