Seasonal Associate

Summary

Seasonal Associate responsible for stock, fulfillment and merchandising tasks in a busy luxury retail environment supporting back of house operations. This role focuses on receiving, processing and organizing merchandise to ensure timely availability for customers. The position is seasonal and supports store operations during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming shipments accurately
• Perform stock replenishment on the sales floor and in back stock
• Pick and pack orders for fulfillment and special requests
• Organize and maintain stockrooms and merchandise areas
• Assist with merchandising setups and visual standards
• Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Operate material handling equipment safely when required
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet store needs

Requirements

• Previous retail or stockroom experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Reliable availability during peak seasonal hours
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Basic numeracy and ability to follow inventory procedures
