The Seasonal Associate provides personalized, inspiring service and supports sales goals in a retail store. This role helps create a welcoming customer experience and contributes to team and store success.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by prioritizing customer needs and supporting daily business goals.
• Engage customers, build client relationships, and offer alternative shopping and purchasing options.
• Support store initiatives, team training, and company brand standards.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards and share customer and product feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Operate registers and remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Lift or climb as needed and work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts.
