Summary
Seasonal Associate supporting store operations and providing exemplary customer experience through shipping, receiving, cash office, stock room, and administrative duties. This temporary role lasts up to three months and focuses on maintaining operational efficiency, inventory preparation, and supporting shrink reduction and vendor services.
Responsibilities
- Maintain office and facility supplies and grooming products for associates
- Support accounts payable invoice approval and coordination
- Assist with shrink reduction plan execution and reporting
- Coordinate accessory repair, engraving, and embossing vendor services
- Process incoming and outgoing merchandise per company standards
- Read and execute transfer, shipping, alteration, and inventory documents
- Execute Cash Office processes and support POS audit compliance
- Control and replenish supplies as requested by managers
- Support inventory preparation and store receiving and stocking
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years retail operations or support experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong time management multitasking and prioritization skills
- Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand walk for shifts and lift approximately 20 lbs
- Ability to pack unpack and move stock when supporting receiving and stocking
- Demonstrated passion for the brand and desire to grow
