Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals
- Engage customers to build relationships and drive in-store and digital sales
- Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
- Use text and social media to sell and follow up with customers
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming inclusive environment
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the beauty department
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
