Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow customer following
• Provide excellent customer service and confident style and fit advice
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain department customer ready
• Be flexible to occasionally perform duties in other departments
• Use networking and technology to support sales goals
• Adhere to physical requirements including frequent bending and lifting
