Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools such as text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow customer following
- Provide excellent customer service and confident style and fit advice
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and maintain department customer ready
- Be flexible to occasionally perform duties in other departments
- Use networking and technology to support sales goals
- Adhere to physical requirements including frequent bending and lifting
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Interest in using technology and social media for selling
- Ability to work in a team and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Organized with strong follow through
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift and lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally
